Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Infinite Carz, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the service.
2. The marketplace
Infinite Carz is a marketplace that connects sellers and buyers of used vehicles in India. We facilitate listings, inspections, and paperwork — but the actual sale contract is between the seller and the buyer.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use Infinite Carz.
4. Sellers
- You must be the lawful owner of the vehicle you list, or authorised by the owner to sell it.
- The information you provide must be true, complete, and not misleading. We reject listings that misrepresent the vehicle.
- RC, insurance, and any pending dues are your responsibility.
- On a successful sale, a 2% success fee (capped at ₹50,000) is payable to Infinite Carz within 7 days of the buyer taking delivery.
5. Buyers
- Listings are inspected but you should still satisfy yourself before buying — including a personal test drive.
- Payments to the seller are made directly. Infinite Carz does not hold buyer money.
- You agree not to misuse seller contact details.
6. Prohibited
You may not use Infinite Carz to:
- List stolen, illegally imported, or unregistered vehicles.
- Misrepresent the condition, year, ownership, or history of a vehicle.
- Spam, scrape, or extract data at scale.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
7. Listing review and removal
We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion — typically when content violates these terms or our curation standards. We will tell you why.
8. No warranty on third-party content
Listings are provided by sellers. While we inspect each vehicle, we can't guarantee every claim. The optional 6-month warranty, when purchased, is governed by its own terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Carz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the marketplace. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is the success fee paid to us in respect of that transaction.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account anytime by emailing hello@infinitecarz.com.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice.
