Infinite Carz (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Infinite Carz marketplace at infinitecarz.com. We are the data fiduciary for personal information collected through this site.
2. What we collect
When you use Infinite Carz, we may collect:
- Account information: name, email, phone, password (hashed) when you create a seller account.
- Listing information: vehicle details, photos, asking price, location.
- Buyer enquiries: name, phone, email, the message you send to a seller, preferred test-drive slots.
- Usage data: pages visited, search filters applied, vehicles viewed (anonymous unless you're logged in).
3. How we use it
- To list, surface, and sell vehicles on the marketplace.
- To connect buyers with sellers when an enquiry is made.
- To improve the product and detect abuse / fraud.
- To send transactional notifications (status updates, enquiries).
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- The other party in a transaction (buyer ↔ seller) for the limited purpose of completing the sale.
- Service providers (hosting, email, SMS, payments) under data-processing agreements.
- Law enforcement, when legally required.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@infinitecarz.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for session management. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Sessions use signed JWTs. Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted in India.
8. Children
Infinite Carz is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email and an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
